Johnny Rockets in Santa Clarita

We have been coming here since my kid was little. Food is consistantly good and the kids that work there are great!

It gave me a stomach flu that lasted a day And some.

I love the food but the place has gone down. The 5 cents audio players are not working. The cameras are without there covers and even the waiters are not dressed how they used to dress a few years back. I use to love this place.

These burgers are made with real beef and taste like it to. Delicious

More diva/sports bar type of interior feel. Amazing food. I got the box burger, which was a classic great burger. Would definitely try that fried chicken next time.

New waitress helped us out tonight. She was being shadowed by a veteran waitress...what, a training program that includes mentoring?! What an amazing concept! Really great service tonight and the food came out fast and hot! Great job Johnny Rockets, keep it up!

Extremely well kept and clean, all counters, floors and tables. Food was prepared at perfect temperature and all ingredients were fresh and flavorful. Priced competitively as well.

Worst experience at a restaurant in a long time. Came in and we're told sit where we want. We sit and menus are brought out. Then twenty five minutes go by with no one coming by to ask about drinks, food, or anything. Looked at the waitress and she was standing behind the counter texting on her phone. Looks at me and then looks straight back to down.

Sometimes lacking certain menu items due to being next to the movie theater. Staff is good, food is great but the juke boxes dont even work anymore.

I went with a friend mid afternoon on a Monday. They were not busy. Only 6 customers including us. My friend ordered a burger and I ordered a Pattie Melt. We each also ordered fries and shakes. First I was surprised that the fries had to be ordered seperately. The burgers came and while my friends looked fine, my Pattie Melt was two pieces of red with a very small hamburger patty inside. It didn't come close to filling the bread and definitely needed at least one more beef pattie to make this anything other than a cheese and onion sandwich.The fries took a long time and came after we finished our burgers. I guess it was fries for dessert. Fries were cooked to a nicely to a good crispiness. They were just OK tasting in my opinion. Shakes were good. $42 with tip. I won't be going again.

My son and I both enjoyed our hamburgers. The shake was also delicious. Service was not slow even though it was somewhat busy.

Wow! Fricken awesome chili fries, and that burger with bacon... Omfg, sooooo good!! Service is the best here after they God rid of the manager who thought work was her vacation and you could just starve... Now you get great food and great service...

Food was good, but tables were a mess and the walls were chipped and booths falling apart.

The people that work here are soo pleasant and friendly! Service and the food are always on point! My favorite shake is the Strawberry and bananas with chunks of bananas! Highly recommend this location!

Rather disappointing! I’m from out of town and whenever I’m here I always enjoy sitting down to a burger at this location, but not tonight. I walk in 40 minutes before closing time and I’m told that they’re not serving seating areas, only carry out. Many times I’ve been here and enjoyed the experience, but tonight I ate at Chipotle!

Enjoyed this place, like a 50s nostalgia eatery. Great for a cheeseburger and fries. Good iced tea. They even have a gluten free bun now. Patty options include beef, turkey, chicken or veggie. Service is great. Love for a quick bite before a movie next door.

Awesome burger, chilli cheese fries, but the shake was doubly-awesome. Would have been a five star, but only 4 *'s because the shake was pricey.

Staff were great - very attentive & friendly.

Visited on Christmas day and they were very busy. Despite them being extremely busy, they made their greatest effort to show our table appreciation and great customer service. Food was delicious and so were their shakes! I am definitely coming back.

Took my grandson's here today for a birthday dinner it was the restaurant of their choice. And we thoroughly enjoyed it

Great experience!! Our waitress Clarissa was super attentive and the rest of the staff was just as inviting an great. Definitely gonna go again to this one for the great food.. Fast service and friendly staff!

It's a sound place to eat for some mainstream American Cuisine. We had great service from a waitress named Ivy. She was fast and efficient and delightful to deal with.The Jukebox ate my nickel. But still a fun place to be.

Great Beef flavor, great staff my daughter loves the Milkshakes.

Went with my granddaughter when I was visiting her for her 18th birthday. Service was a little slow, but they seem to be short-staffed as well so I allowed for that. Great Ambience and wonderful food

Johnny Rockets is themed as a 50s burger and shakes place. The menu is limited to what you would expect from such a place. Overall pretty good, just specialized in it's offerings.

I used to eat here quite frequently, but the service has really disappointed me recently. On my last (3) visits, the entire restaurant had only 3-4 tables with people eating, so it wasn't too busy. The wait staff is friendly, and mostly young, but need help with how to better serve their patrons. First, after sitting, we need a menu; and I'll have my drink order ready right away. That seems to go okay, but once you have a few minutes to decide what food or entrée to order, 7-10 minutes go by before the wait staff comes to take your order. When you only have :45 mins-1 hour to eat, that consumes too much time. Next, when the food comes, you may have to wait a very long time to get a refill on your drink, which I need at least once. As I said, I'm usually time constrained. Overall, the food is good, and the wait staff are friendly; but they need help in taking orders quicker and returning to tables to refill drinks. I will try it once more, and hope the results are better.

Amazing burgers! Juicy to the max!

They've really changed over the years. Quality of food has gotten really low; cheap buns, cheap cheese (gritty), fries changed and are really bad compared to their fries of 10 years ago. But service was outstanding, which is why I gave them a second star. Unfortunately, I don't eat service, so this was my last visit to a once favorite, weekly visited, restaurant. Johnny Rockets is dead.
